A Big Data software vendor in hypergrowth is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen its Dutch team. This role will allow you to build a sales strategy and manage a growing Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region, to drive revenue and growth forward
- Implement the sales plan, ensuring its proper execution
- Support and your sales team, participate to the professional development of all members of your team
- Report and monitor sales activity, conducting regular revenue forecast
- Represent the company in sales events
- Recruiting and onboard new team members
- Ensure targets achievement
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in autonomy, self-starter mentality
- Experience selling SaaS software/solutions
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Good knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience selling to C-level
