Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. The ServiceNow Architect will play a key role in designing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, with a focus on ServiceNow platform and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, ITIL best practices, and extensive experience with ServiceNow and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design and architect ITSM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and ITIL framework.
- ServiceNow Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.
- CMDB Management: Define and implement CMDB strategies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data for all IT assets and services.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools, such as monitoring systems, ticketing systems, and identity management solutions.
- Customisation and Development: Customise ServiceNow applications and workflows using JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow APIs to meet specific business needs.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ITSM framework, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users on ServiceNow functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of ITSM solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript) for customizing catalog items.
- Proficient in configuring workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external REST APIs.
