A hyper-growth SaaS-driven MarTech start-up is looking for a senior sales leader to join their team in Berlin as a VP Sales EMEA. With this role you will play an essential role within the company and take the business to the next level by driving growth into new markets as well as customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic sales leadership along with CRO
- Define business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
- Develop sales processes effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills And Experience Required:
- 10+ years' experience in SaaS sales
- 5+ years managing and growing a high performing sales team with a people-first mindset
- Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members
- Proven track record of selling six-to-seven figure deals
- Experience running sales in the EMEA market
- Strong interpersonal skills
