A market-leading open source-based, vendor in the Big Data / Cloud space is looking for an experienced Sr. Cloud Sales Executive EMEA to build their business further, focusing predominantly on their cloud offering across the EMEA region. They offer world-class database (Postgres) management software, an integrated portfolio of databases and tools, 24/7 support, and many more. The position can be based ANYWHERE IN THE EU.
Responsibilities:
- Bring and share your expertise in selling cloud based solutions to the company
- Train and mentor the team of sellers on how to maximise Cloud selling opportunities
- Evangelise the new Cloud product of the company
- Develop and manage pipeline to ensure opportunities progress effectively and timely
- Work closely with regional resources to ensure opportunities progress smoothly
Skills and experience required:
- 9+ years of experience in the Cloud sales business ( AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work within a team environment to manage and close complex sales-cycles and purchases
- Motivated and goal oriented personality
