Title: Sr. Account Executive (m/w/d) permanent
Location: Hybrid (Berlin, München, Stuttgart, or Hamburg)
Compensation: 120,000€ - 140,000€ OTE (65/35)
Territory: Benelux
A globally leading post-IPO Embedded Software Development company, that develops a unified UI/UX Software Platform, is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to join its Benelux Territorial team. This company has increased its net sales in the first half of 2022 by 20%, and continues to revenue higher than 2021, despite global economic- and energy-related factors. Their solutions range from design, developing, coding, and testing, to deployment and maintaining code in the Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Electronics, and Medical Device Sectors.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with mostly new, and some existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Work in cohesion with the marketing, sales engineering presales, and channel sales teams
- Contacting and building relationships at the C-level
- Participation in fairs and other customer events
- Travel availability of 10-15%
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software Sales
- Fluent in English and German (Dutch is a bonus)
- Experience in selling development tools, embedded technology, or similar
- Experience selling to the OEM, Industrial, or Medical Verticals
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving or overachieving sales goals
- New business development mentality
- Good knowledge of Value Based or Consultative (Trusted Advisor) Sales Methodologies
- Experience selling to C-level
- Proactive and self-starter
