A hyper-growth post-IPO FinTech SaaS vendor is seeking a First Person on the Ground, for the DACH Region in the Insurance Vertical. This company is a unicorn, as well as being considered a market leader in its space, with presence in over 15+ countries globally. This role will allow you to build the market in the DACH Region from scratch, together with a highly experienced mentor/Country Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
- Evangelise the solution through the region, working in close collaboration with the international presales, marketing, sales team
- Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
- +8 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in the SaaS space
- Strong experience with the insurance vertical is a must
- Investment Accounting, Analytics or Reporting experience
- Knowledge of a CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in German and English language
- Hunter/new business development mentality
