Key Points:
1. Relevant Experience: Years of experience in implementing ERP modules, specifically in SCM (Supply Chain Management) or HCM (Human Capital Management).
2. Customer-Facing Experience: Strong experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a pre-sales capacity, where you lead customers through the ERP solution and its benefits.
3. Cloud Solution or Enterprise Architect: Ideally, you should have experience as a cloud solution architect or enterprise architect, particularly in Oracle Cloud or similar solutions.
4. Proposal Development: Ability to collaborate with sales and customers to create proposals that address their specific ERP needs.
5. Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication with customers.
6. Demonstration Skills: Capable of executing customer demonstrations to showcase the ERP modules and their functionalities.
7. Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying complex ERP concepts to customers.8.
8. Language Capability: English + French OR German
