Global Strategic Account Manager

As a Global Account Manager, you'll manage regional connections and work with a select group of essential global accounts. You'll be the go-to expert on the subject, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to develop a pipeline of new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities inside current and potential Global Strategic Accounts, and communicate meaningfully with C-level and executive decision-makers.
- Assume the position of primary point of contact for all concerns connected to your assigned accounts.
- Understand of your customer's business before you can evaluate automation solutions.
- Forecast and manage the sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, eliminate and report barriers, and give customers with a consistent and seamless experience.
- Develop a network of strong relationships with major industry influencers, customers, and partners to maintain a high-level understanding of the sector and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong ability to navigate a client's organisation and establish critical points of contact across multiple departments and management levels
- A track record of success in Enterprise Software sales, successfully growing and managing global/strategic accounts
- Ability to express new and complex concepts in a clear and concise manner that creates a strong desire for the solution
- High ability for cross-functional collaboration and impact, as well as overcoming cultural and regulatory variations
