Title: European Sales Lead (all genders) permanent
Location: Remote (Southern Germany)
Possible Compensation: 140.000€ - 200.000€* OTE (80/20)
Description: The client is an innovative and industry-leading company in the field of industrial software. They are an international company with offices across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. and provides an embedded software for the automotive and manufacturing industry - especially in the field of infotainment. Their customers include Tier 1 OEMs like BMW and Audi, and also luxury brands such as Porsche and Bugatti.
This position will report to the VP of Strategy and is a quota-carrying sales lead role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on managing of the sales team (3-5 inside sales executives)
- Player/coach role, quota carrying and acquiring new logos
- Regular customer visits in the region
- Continue to grow the sales team; successful achievement of targets
- Continue to build brand awareness in the region
- Bi-weekly trips to the office/headquarters in Baden-Württemberg
Profile:
- 8+ years' experience B2B SaaS sales (3+ in a leading position)
- Experience selling infotainment/in-car solutions is a bonus
- Expert in new logo acquisition
- Connections to Tier 1 OEMs
- Great communicator
- Leader by example and willing to work alongside the team
- English fluency (C1+), additional European languages are a bonus
