Job Description:

We are seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to join our team in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by conducting rigorous testing and validation processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans for various automotive components, with a particular focus on ISO 15118 testing.
2. Validate system requirements, both functional and non-functional, to ensure that the product meets customer and regulatory standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and software engineering, to identify potential issues early in the development process.
4. Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and work closely with the development teams to implement corrective actions.
5. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, methodologies, and improvement recommendations.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automotive testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in testing and validation within the automotive industry.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 15118 and other relevant automotive standards.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with electric vehicle charging systems is a plus.
2. Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies.
