I'm currently working with a leading engineering and architecture firm to bring on a Technology Specialist to their team! In this role you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, implementing, and executing technology and system integration in an architectural and engineering context. Responsibilities:
- Consult closely with leadership and employees to define gaps, needs and firm issues; and propose, plan, implement and execute solutions to address them.
- Design and support programs, workshops, and events, to introduce new processes.
- Design and develop materials for employee development including change initiatives, educational resources, seminar content, performance objectives, etc.
- Research and/or design technology solutions.
- Plan, perform and analyze requirements of project definition, design, development, and implementation of new and innovative tools to optimize business processes.
- Spearhead successful integration and compatibility of new and existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading or supporting implementation change management.
- Understanding of networks, storage, enterprise security, database frameworks.
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in conducting organizational assessments and diagnostics.
- Experience presenting complex ideas in a clear concise manner to non-technical audience.
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in development and support of Microsoft Products i.e., SharePoint, Teams
- Expertise in programming with C#, VB, Java, Python, or other languages.
- Expertise with Azure DevOps.
- Programming experience.
- Building and maintaining web enabled applications and system interfaces.
