Role: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Tech Stack: Selenium, Cucumber, C# Jira, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Git/Github
Salary: $100,000-130,000 Base + Bonus + Equity
Location: FULLY REMOTE (office based in Pennsylvania)
A rapidly-growing SaaS Startup in the Mental Health space is looking to bring on QA Engineers as part of a multi-hire campaign. They are currently over 200 employees, expecting to grow by 100 employees this year, and have generated close to $40 million in revenue last year alone!
The client is building a web-based platform for behavioral health practice management and E.H.R (electronic health records) system to be used by therapists in private practices. Their software helps streamline the way mental health professionals manage their practice, including patient scheduling, medical records, billing and electronic claims for thousands of patients. They are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their engineering team and ensure that their platform runs smoothly, fixing bugs and testing frequently to ensure functionality. About the Role:
- Automation testing of the main software platform
- Work with Engineering and QA teams to implement a comprehensive test strategy
- Design, integrate, and improve manual and automated tests
- Collaborate with Product and Development to build test plans
- Contribute to the code base to supplement core development efforts
- Provide best practices within the SDLC
About You:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET
- Strong experience with automation testing in Selenium, Cucumber, debugging with Jira, CI/CD, PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Knowledge of one programming language (C# or Java)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with automation and manual testing for APIs and UI, specializing in automation testing
- Ability to build automation frameworks from scratch and know when to use automation vs. manual testing
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and design patterns
- Experience at a SaaS, HealthTech, BioTech, or Healthcare company
- Previous startup experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
