Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to contribute to strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globally
- Lead large scale projects from 0-1, managing uncertainty, and ensuring you're shipping meaningful and quality experiences
- Drive design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
- Lead workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data.
- Ability to give and receive feedback on strategic product decisions.
- Act as a mentor and leader across the team.
Experience:
- 8+ years designing for consumer-facing products across the mobile, web desktops or others
- Strong in visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Principle, Framer, or Origami to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiences
- Experience working with design systems (design components, icon, arts, motion, illustration)
- Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts
- Experience with a/b testing and a data driven practice
