Job Title: Penetration Tester

Key Responsibilities of the Penetration Tester:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on our systems, networks, and applications
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in order to simulate attacks and assess security defenses
- Provide recommendations to IT and security teams to address vulnerabilities and improve security posture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities
- Develop and execute testing methodologies and tools
- Document testing results and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities
Requirements of the Penetration Tester:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in penetration testing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and web applications
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or OpenVAS
- Familiarity with penetration testing frameworks such as Metasploit or Burp Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, or CEH are a plus
