Global SOC Manager

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity with a Global Communications Platform to bring on a Global SOC Manager to their growing team!

This is a great opportunity for growth, visibility and a chance to have an impact of the strategic direction of a enterprises security posture!

Compensation for the role is going to range from a base salary ranging from 300K -350K and TC could range anywhere from 400K -550K.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with partners in security engineering, IT, and individual business units to deliver efficient SOC services and develop hybrid SOC teams that work closely with engineering teams.
• Develop incident response plans and procedures.
• Develop relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Threat Detection and Response program.
• Develop a staffing structure and roles and responsibilities for Global SOC Centers.
• Perform threat hunting proactively to identify threats and assess the state of security posture.
• Work closely with engineering teams to continuously provide technology requirements and use cases for enabling technologies.
