A globally renowned Fortune 500 giant is urgently looking for a Salesforce Project Manager who can start yesterday! The customer is an innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to their clients and they support businesses across the US as an implementation partner.
Role Overview: As a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client needs and Salesforce capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including customizing fields, workflows, and reports.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and usage of Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
