We are working with a Business Services Consultancy who has a client in the Automotive Sector.
The final client are evolving their Marketing Automation capabilities with new add-ons so need an expert to join the project.
This consultancy have a diverse portfolio of projects and are growing their IT space with a strong pipeline, a potential long term engagement.

Job Description:

Work on
evolving the clients Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Processes, primarily email campaigns and SMS campaigns
Work with a technical team from the consultancy to join the Project Manager from the final client to collaborate on the project
Work closely with the final clients stakeholders to understand the business requirements they have in terms of targets and deliverables.
Guide the technical team on best practices and evolution of the platform and campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customised marketing automation strategies aligned with client's objectives.
Configure and optimise marketing automation platforms for efficient work flows and targeted campaigns.
Create personalised customer journeys, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
Offer continuous support, monitor campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, delivering detailed reports and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing automation and working with platforms like SFMC, Marketo, or Hubspot.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
3 + years of Marketing automaton experience
