- Our customer is an IT and communications services company and Global Integrator of communications products and services for multinational corporations, that helps companies collaborate, operate, and engage with customers.
- Due to an internal reshuffle and loss of staff they have opened up the position to the sub-contract / freelance market to bring in a technical expert.
- Glocomms has been working with this company foe close to 8 years and support them in many different areas.
Responsibilities:
Areas of expertise:
Google products with directory specialties on Google Suite / Google Workspace
Desired knowledge of similar products such as Microsoft Exchange / Messaging
- Technical Skills:
Google Suite
Clustering
Messaging/Exchange
Windows Server
Email migration solution: Example cloudiway, etc.
- Soft skills
Flexibility: being able to work on several projects simultaneously
Team spirit and knowing how to play collectively
Good writing skills
Package and scope culture
- Actions during the mission:
Participate in all project stages: Pre-sales / Launch / Audit and Design / Implementation / Acceptance / Migration / Training
- Project launch
Participation in the internal project launch meeting and with the client
Preparation of technical workshops
- Audit and Design
Technical workshops to be carried out as part of projects (Directory, Exchange, security, etc.)
Writing deliverables: audit report, prerequisite file, technical architecture file (DAT), detailed specifications file (DSD), migration file (DMI), test and validation file (DTV), operating document (DEX)
- Implementation
Installation and configuration of the different bricks of the solution to be implemented
