Glocomms is collaborating with a globally renowned insurance company, seeking a skilled Windows Server Expert for a rewarding long-term freelance position based in Paris.
Our client presents an excellent prospect for sustained involvement. Upon successful completion of this project, if openings permit, they are keen to recommend you for future projects.
In light of limited in-house resources, the client is turning to the freelance market to tap into external expertise.
We maintain a longstanding partnership with this client and have a range of exciting future opportunities in the pipeline with them.
Responsibilities:
- The core duties of this role encompass a blend of engineering, automation, and Level 3 engineering tasks, including responsibilities such as OS Patching and OS provisioning.
- In this position, you will be tasked with enhancing server performance, contributing to server setup and operations, and implementing necessary modifications.
- While English proficiency is a requirement, due to the international nature of our business, meetings may occasionally be conducted in French.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity for potential future projects, as we've had contractors who have successfully worked on multiple projects in the past, accumulating over 3 years of engagement.
- While not mandatory, possessing certificates related to Active Directory, Microsoft Technologies, or Windows Server can certainly bolster your application.
