Country Lead - WorkTech
A extremely exciting, growth focused WorkTech vendor is looking for a new UK&I Country Lead to join its progressive team, based in London.
The role will consist of having a focused knowledge into how the HRTech sector, and how to lead a successful sales team in that sector in this current market. This involves being a voice for the organisation and representing the brand in this current sector as well as monitoring sales targets and territory performance, in keeping with the business' growth plans.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong, strategic sales leadership
Define business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
Develop sales processes effectively
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills And Experience Required:
At least 8 years' experience looking after a high performing sales-team
At least 10 years' experience selling HRTech or WorkTech software solutions as an Individual Contributor
Familiar with start-to-finish sales cycles; prospecting to renewals
Strong sales process with the ability and experience to win net new business
MEDDIC trained ideally
Proven track record of selling six-to-seven figure deals
Strong interpersonal skills
