Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals while maintaining a strong team culture.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and optimize product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
- Present regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the technology industry, preferably in storage solutions or IoT products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
