Cyber Intelligence Start-Up
Expected to provide first and second level support and Cyber Threat Intelligence services to their global customer base. Additionally, you will demonstrate and independent ability to troubleshoot & investigate incoming requests within strict SLA boundaries.
- Create and manage escalations to intelligence teams, product managers, and R & D teams
- Provide first response analysis using their platform browsing the dark web sites following customer requests
- Looking for someone to educate, support & advise their customers
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience providing product support in business to business company, direct customer support
- Experience with troubleshooting of multiple Operating Systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving and technical skills
- Prefer experience with Windows, Linux, LAN, WAN & CRM ticketing systems
