Main Responsibilities
- You will lead and help with the development of new web services and the migration of existing applications to AWS.
- You are responsible for leading the transformation and further development with the newly founded team.
- You will support the team with your own ideas and concepts and conducting workshops that will benefit the development teams.
- You actively and directly deal with the stakeholders in German or English and find suitable solutions together with them.
- You are an integral part of our reviews and plans.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in leading a tech team of a minimum of 3 direct reports.
- Hands-on experience with some of the following technologies/tools: Terraform, Java, SpringBoot, and REST, SCRUM / Kanban, JavaScript/ES6, ReactJS, shell scripting, Bash, EC2, S3, IAM, Elastic Beanstalk, SOLR, Kafka, JUnit, Mockito, Git, Maven, Jenkins, SQL.
- You have some experience in the development of microservices in or migration to AWS.
- Fluent English, German is a plus.
