Glocomms has partnered up with a leader in Network Security is looking to bring on a top Support Engineer to come in and be a part of their team. This role would see you working in collaboration with other internal team to provide technical product support for customers.

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, whilst also handing and resolving any new customer cases.
- With any issues detected, you would recreate, track, and verify software defects in the field or in a lab environment.
- Communicate with technical support personnel, product management and engineering teams to escalate or resolve any issues.
- This role will be client facing, including providing clients with any feedback from customers to the product management or engineering teams.
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in a technical product support environment
-Strong understanding of the telecom network and routing environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Security
- Advanced Networking skills (including TCP/IP, IP subnetting, VPNs and Configuration experience of Cisco and Juniper router).
