A Cloud software vendor in hypergrowth is seeking a first person on the ground for the DACH Region. This role will allow you to build the market in this area from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
Evangelise the solution through the region, working in close collaboration with the international presales, marketing, sales team
Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts
Recruiting new team members
Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
Fluent in German and English
Ability to work in autonomy, self-starter mentality
Experience selling Cloud and DevOps solutions
Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
Good knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology
Travel availability
Experience selling to C-level
