A global, award winning, and well-established networking security company seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer for the West Coast to deliver technological support to the sales team, including but not limited to product evaluations/feedback, technical presentations and qualifications, and solution design.

- Ownership of client issues and problem solving through to resolution
- Developing customer relationships and communicating with a variety of stakeholders regarding product specifications and technical solutions
- Work with Product Management and Software Engineering to improve company product and service offerings
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
The Sales Engineer should have the following qualifications…
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 year experience in presales or a customer facing technical role
- Familiar with network / security forensic analysis and network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
- Reliable knowledge of TCP/IP, network analysis/Security, troubleshooting, and threat mitigation
