Glocomms is working with an exciting Digital Logistics start-up, founded right in the heart of the city of Berlin. Their software offers a solution for the planning, reliability, and transparency of the loading/unloading process of the trucks of their customers. Though only a few years old, they are already working with a few of the biggest retail partners in the world.
Together, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive, a highly motivated hunter ready to come contribute and grow with and within a start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to optimize the sales process for the market.
- Develop, maintain and manage a customer pipeline through active outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct demos that show how the company solves pain points of the customers.
- Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to identify how the copmany´s products can improve their logistics operations.
- Manage and track all activity in the company CRM.
- Provide forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and developments.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and Englis.
- Strong communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the sale of software in B2B (Preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry).
- Self-starter and result-oriented.
- Hunger for growing and learning.
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Takes initiative.
