A top environmental services company in the Greater Boston area is looking for a New Senior CRM Success Manager! They are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can help them support business objectives and identify areas of improvement. You will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and using it to drive customer engagement and retention. You should be good with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of Salesforce enhancements and projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating our Salesforce helpdesk and manage our Sales Operations CRM Analysts responsible for steady state of the platform and end user supports
- Understand basic triggers/Apex code knowledge; support IT in understanding business requirements and diagnosing of issues
- Coordinating our Salesforce helpdesk and manage our Sales Operations CRM Analysts responsible for steady state of the platform and end user supportEnsuring that the data in the CRM system is accurate, up-to-date, and complete
- Review of emerging enhancements from Salesforce to ensure we are taking advantage of our investment in Salesforce
- Oversee Territory Management modules and workflow to ensure that all territories are up-to-date, operating with the highest degree of accuracy and timeliness, aligned to the existing SOPs
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 6+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales)
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree
