What you do:
- Market analysis to identify the best channel and market opportunity for the team.
- Managing, coaching and training 8 to 12 Account Executives
- Manage complex sales cycles wih your AE or alone
- Analyse, create, and meet KPIs to achieve the team target
We are looking for:
- Fluent in English, German and French is a plus - residing in or near Berlin.
- Proven experience as a high-performing, quota-fulfilling Account Manager/SDR/Business Development Manager (m/f/d) with at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Adaptability and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS software company
- Knowledge of SaaS/software solutions ideally in the Manufacturing industry (technical background) and an independent way of working
- Goal-oriented management
