As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers and evangelising for their Modern Workplace offerings.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists of promoting and driving the establishment for Workplace Offerings with existing and prospective (new logo) clients
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
- Provide industry expertise and client business acumen
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5+ years selling Workplace Mobility business solutions
- Fluent in English, German preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working in Tier 1,2 Technology and/or System Integrator industry
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytic and organisational skills in a fast paced environment
