A global leader in technology services and consulting is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join its London office - on the Retail & CPG team. You will be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition as well as up-selling from current clients.
You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
Understand the businesses problems /opportunities that clients / prospects are trying to address
Build and leverage relationships with alliance partners to influence deals in the company's favour
Develop a regional sales plan to achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Work in cohesion with the marketing, sales engineering and channel sales teams

Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services sales
IT industry experience with a thorough understanding of the software service business
Understand the major service lines of the company and bring proven experience in selling in the areas of ADM, CIS, BPO, Digital and Engineering
Experience selling in the Retail & CPG vertical
Utilise a defined Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN) for business needs/business understanding
Strong executive presence
Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals - strong reputation on exceeding sales quota's
Hunter/new business development mentality
