A hypergrowth pre-IPO MarTech CDP SaaS vendor is seeking a Second Person on the Ground, for the DACH Region. This company is a unicorn, as well as being considered a market leader in its space, with presence in over 25+ countries globally. This role will allow you to build the market in the DACH Region from scratch, together with a highly experienced mentor/Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
* Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
* Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
* Evangelise the solution through the region, working in close collaboration with the international Pre-Sales, Marketing, Sales teams
* Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts
* Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
* +5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in the SaaS space
* previous experience with the eCommerce, retail, financial services, or any similar vertical
* self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* knowledge of a CRM software is a plus
* fluency in German and English language
* hunter/new business development mentality
* understanding and using a preffered Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.)
