A Pre-IPO in the OT/Industrial Security space is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director for the DACH region. This person would be the first person on the ground in Germany and will be responsible of building up the market from scratch - an opportunity that will lead to a management role.
Responsibilities:
- Hunting new enterprise logos - dealing directly with C-level (CISO,CEO,CTO....)
- Selling complex transformational services to mostly Industrial Companies (Energy, Manufacturing, Automotive, Oil & Gas...)
- Evangelizing this company's products at conferences, events, etc
- Working with internal stakeholders to match customer needs
- Build up the channel landscape with system integrators and partners
Required:
- Experience selling OT/IoT/Industrial Security products OR selling cyber security software/services to Industrial accounts
- Experience closing opportunities (360) and ability to work independently and remotely
- New business focus
- Demonstrable track record of overachieving targets
- A plus would be if you have been already "first person on the ground"
