My Client is looking for an Account Executive to join the Strategic Accounts team in the Large Enterprise organization. You will be responsible for increasing software sales and driving expansion across a large territory of Global 2000 Accounts.
You Will:
â–ª Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas
â–ª Execute a complex, solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within a Global 2000 account
â–ª Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple functions and business lines
â–ª Effectively articulate and demonstrate my client's unique business, solution and functional value
â–ª Build executive awareness, sales pipeline and bookings growth in immature accounts
â–ª Define account strategies that enable sales velocity by partnering with Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Manager, and Enterprise Sales Representative
â–ª Proactively develop unsolicited proposals that align with customer initiatives and position my client as an enterprise software solution provider
â–ª Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
â–ª Use the software in the execution of daily sales activities
â–ª Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform â–ª Other duties as assigned
You Have:
â–ª Demonstrated enterprise sales success; track record of exceeding quotas and receiving recognition, awards for high performance
â–ª Experience selling enterprise software, preferably emerging SaaS solutions
â–ª Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Global 2000 senior line-of-business and IT executives, as well as operational managers
â–ª Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling skills
â–ª Proven ability to manage a large and diverse pipeline of sales opportunities
â–ª Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
â–ª Demonstrable experience executing a complex, solution-based strategic sales process
â–ª Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
â–ª Understands the difference between activity and results; solid work ethic
â–ª Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with team members
â–ª Salesforce.com, Google apps, Tableau, and Lucidchart skills â–ª Bachelors (BA/BS) degree highly preferred
