Lead Analyst, Threat Intelligence

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Analyst, Threat Intelligence to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of threat intelligence analysts and driving the development of threat intelligence programs to protect the company from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of threat intelligence analysts to develop and execute the company's threat intelligence program
- Provide expert guidance and analysis of emerging threats to the organization and its assets
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's threat landscape and key threat actors
- Identify and assess potential threats to the organization's information systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with other security teams to develop and implement countermeasures to mitigate threats
- Produce high-quality intelligence products, including strategic and tactical intelligence reports, threat briefings, and assessments
- Monitor and analyze threat data from various sources, including open source intelligence, dark web forums, and malware analysis
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in the threat intelligence industry and incorporate best practices into the organization's threat intelligence program
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as industry peers and law enforcement agencies, to enhance the company's threat intelligence capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of threat intelligence analysts
- Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs), cybercriminal activities, and state-sponsored cyber attacks
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms, such as ThreatConnect, Recorded Future, or Anomali, is a plus
- Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus
