A fast growing Digital Employee Experience Management Software company is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its team in Germany.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing long-lasting relationships. In this role you will oversee all parts of the sales cycle, including negotiations, contract generation, and order fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of revenue generation and revenue target achievement in the assigned territory within large accounts
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Develop marketing plans
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, attend fairs and events
- Prepare proposals and close contracts
Skills and experience required:
- "Land & Expand" business sales focus
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous sales experience gained within software or solution sales organisations
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Willingness to travel
