Glocomms is partnered with a leading global Financial Services organization in their search for an Identity and Access Management Analyst. The IAM Analyst will join an advanced Tech Risk team operating at the forefront of finance and information security.
The IAM Analyst Will:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally to optimize security operations and minimize risk
- Support continuous evaluation and adoption of IAM industry best practice protocols and controls
- Ensure IAM tools are up-to-date and properly configured to protect the organization's financial and data assets
- Utilize databases, services, and vendor products such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Suite programs
Key Qualifications Include:
- 2-4 years of experience working primarily with IAM analysis or support (exceptional demonstrated potential may be considered in substitution of experience)
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (eg. Active Directory)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; experience explaining technical problems/solutions to interdisciplinary business units preferred
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and risk mitigation processes
- B.S. in Cybersecurity or related field
