We have been partners with this client for over 5 years. We work with them all across Europe, and have consultant working within the team at present.
ROLE ONE
Role: IAM - PLM Roles Analyst
Start: 11/09
Location: Nanterre
Languages: English & French (must have good English)
Profile: Technical & Functional (Senior)
Duration: 10 months
- Help build business Roles and all associated data, rules including access bundling rules, and processes and progresses to Automated Roles
- Review current business/enterprise roles providing recommendations and creation of new roles
- Recommend improvements and remediation for associated projects or current internal processes
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analysis and document in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently
ROLE TWO
Role: IAM - PLM Analyst x2
Start: 11/09
Location: nanterre
Languages: English & French (must have good English)
Profile: Functional (Senior)
Duration: 10 months
- Work directly with application managers and technical teams to gather requirements and information on application data through surveys, reviews, information gathering sessions and walkthroughs.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analysis and document in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently
- Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, documentation, application data, and reconciliation
- Review/analyze application data to ensure processes meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements; analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
- Recommend improvements and remediation for associated projects or current internal processes
- Performs documentation writing and maintenance of existing processes and procedures as well as creation of new process and procedures
ROLE THREE
Role: IAM - PLM Data Analyst
Start: 11/09
Location: Nanterre
Languages: English & French (must have good English)
Profile: Technical & Functional (Senior)
Duration: 10 months
- Review/analyze application data to ensure processes meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements; analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
- Utilize PowerBI, create dashboards to report on KPIs/KRIs
- Recommend improvements and remediation for associated projects or current internal processes
- Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
- Developing and maintaining databases
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Prepare reports on trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
