Head of IT Security and Data Loss Prevention

$200,000 - $250,000 base salary*

Glocomms partnered with a leading e-commerce platform in the search for a Head of IT Security and Data Loss Prevention. While being a key member of building out the security team, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of DLP, including defining/enhancing existing DLP policies, identifying/reviewing/escalating/resolving DLP events. You will also lead the development and implementation of security policy and procedures, security risk analysis, response procedures and documented security controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 5-10 years experience in related field
• Experience understanding Data Loss/Leakage protection architecture and engineering like Symantec DLP, Purview DLP
• Demonstrable experience securing infrastructure in a cloud and/or on-prem environment
• Experience leading a security team and success working collaboratively across departments to achieve security outcomes
