A leading security solutions provider is seeking a hungry and innovative Head of Growth Marketing to create and execute successful multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns and projects with the goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and demand. Skills & Essential Functions:
- Design, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, programs, projects, promotions, and content that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline
- Create marketing content and assets individually and in collaboration with cross-functional team members, subject matter experts, and creative services
- Manage project timelines, milestones, commitments, deliverables, resources and reporting
- Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess impact of activities and monitor to make adjustments for improved ROI
- Create weekly report of key competitive activity
- Partner with Product Marketing/Product Management to support product launches
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years proven track record of developing, executing and measuring successful marketing integrated campaigns and projects for a high tech company
- Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Security or networking experience is preferred
- Experience in start-up company environment a plus
- BS/BS in Marketing, Communications or similar
