Role: GRC Security Analyst

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
A leading Semi Conductor is currently looking for a skilled and motivated GRC Security Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and risk management of the organization's information systems. This role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate potential risks.
Key Responsibilities of the GRC Security Analyst:
- Perform risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications.
- Develop and maintain GRC strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce security best practices.
- Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor security incidents, investigate and respond to security breaches.
- Evaluate and recommend security solutions to enhance the company's security posture.
- Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills of the GRC Security Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
