A fast-growing Industry 4.0 company, leading in the oil-free compressed air industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its German team in Niedersachsen. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a global network of representatives and working with the regional sales team to acquire new logos, as well as building relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition with the Product Management Team
- Managing global representatives
- Supporting the regional sales department with customer visits strategy
- With the management team, planning the regional aims
- Leading presentations to C-level customers and interest groups
- Work in cohesion with the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Teams
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software sales (AI preferably)
- Fluent in German and business-level English
- Experience leading a team
- Experience selling into the Industrial or OEM vertical
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Travel availability 10%-15%
- Experience selling to the C-level
