A market leader in the cybersecurity market are actively seeking for Expanision Account Manager to become part of its diverse team based in London. The role entails, maintaining and up selling within existing accounts while also finding new clients, working on a land and expand model.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and up sell into existing accounts
- Expand sales into existing accounts with a strong funnel/forecast management process
- manage contract negotiations
- Develop and Maintain strong executive customer relationships
- Evaluate data and identify trends to show the clients impact, while alos provide strategic recommendations
- Develop and execute effective strategic account plans
- Complete QBRs, with an executive sponsor, which demonstrates value and run expansion plans
- Operate internally to liaison corss functional teams, to share key customer feedback and insights
Requirements
- 3-4 years+ managing and growing a portfolio of relationships with enterprise clients
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Cyber-security and technology sales experience required
- Basic understanding of computer networking and cyber security products
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms
- Experience in pipeline generation and closing sales experience as either an SDR/ AE/AM selling SaaS/PaaS and selling to the enterprise level clients.
- Managing the full sales process from concept to close for install base of customers
- Building strong, trustful relationships with customers
- Network across different business units/departments with each of your accounts
- Proven track record of sales performance (top 10-20% of company)
- Self-motivated and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
