As the Executive Assistant, the candidate will be working directly with a select member of the C-Suite, at the heart of the company. Working alongside the top manager, you will prove invaluable in helping support the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
A brilliant multi-tasker, the Executive Assistant job role is wide ranging. From problem-solving, organizing schedules, keeping notes and managing time and meetings to setting up conferences and assisting with travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant can expect to enjoy a busy but very diverse day. The opening is a full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transports and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing visa and administrative documents.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Organizing the manager's personal commitments including travel and informal business encounters.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
