A fast-growing software company, which is a global technology global leader in the digital employee experience management is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its team in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of acquisition of new customers through multiple channels by creating new sales initiatives
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Responsibility for the whole sales cycle
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Understand customer business and challenges and convert them into dedicated accounts
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software and consulting services
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience within the cloud / enterprise software industry is a plus
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Pro-active, strategic thinker with high energy and a positive attitude
