A market-leading hyper-growth European HR Software vendor is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team in Sweden. What makes this company interesting is they have an incredibly wide range of offerings including talent management, compensation solutions, learning platform, etc.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will an influential member of their Nordics sales team and be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition and pipeline expansion
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Work in cohesion with the marketing, sales engineering, and channel sales teams
Skills and experience required:
- Min. 3 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions
- Strong experience with SaaS technologies preferably around HCM / HR Software space
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals
- Fluent in FINNISH, Swedish, English languages
- Driven, ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial personality
- Customer-centric approach
