A market-leading open-source company, in the Big Data area, is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to join its EMEA team in Germany. They offer world-class database (Postgres) management software, an integrated portfolio of databases and tools, 24/7 support, and many more.
As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, you are responsible for selling to named accounts and prospecting new accounts among top-tier banking, financial services, consumer, and retail markets to identify revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Generate and grow new ARR license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
- Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Track record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation
- Experience in the Big Data & Analytics area
- Experience with Databases is a plus
