A market-leading company in the Big Data & Analytics market, ranked by Gartner as the customer's choice for Operational Database Management Systems is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive DACH to join its German team.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- You will develop a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
- Proven success and experience in leading complex enterprise sales
- Proven experience in managing senior client relationships
- Previous experience working in the software industry, ideally selling DB, MW or data analytics solutions
- Knowledge of IoT & ML is a strong plus
- Fluent in German and Engish
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Strong customer empathy and advocacy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and goals appropriately
- Ability to handle changes in direction and work priorities with ease and positive attitude
