A market-leading pre-IPO company which has been awarded multiple times by Gartner's Magic Quadrant as a leader in Backup and Recovery, is currently looking to fill several new positions in Germany.
This role, as a District Manager for Germany will allow you to build a sales strategy and manage a growing Sales team of 5 people.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region, to drive revenue and growth forward
- Implement the sales plan, ensuring its proper execution
- Support and your sales team, participate to the professional development of all members of your team
- Report and monitor sales activity, conducting regular revenue forecast
- Represent the company in sales events
- Recruiting and onboard new team members
- Ensure targets achievement
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Leadership/coaching abilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving or overachieving your sales goals
