Glocomms has partnered with the People Analytics department of a leading hedge fund in the New York City area. The People Analytics team is responsible for driving insights around operational talent and solving business-critical questions.
The team is seeking an Analyst to join the Reporting team to develop ETL pipelines, dashboards for senior leadership, and develop and build reporting solutions for the wider People Analytics organization.
The team is seeking an individual who has:
- The ability to work within a detail-orientated, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python, large data sets, Excel, and business intelligence programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 - 5 years of Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics experience.
Please note, prior experience in people analytics is not required.
